Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
We carefully prepare each order with the same attention we give our plants. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your gardening needs:
Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Shipping fee: £12.95
Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over £50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Just as plants sometimes need special care, we understand that sometimes orders do too. Our returns policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while protecting our living products.
Return Policy Overview
- Return window: 15 days from receipt of order
- Condition: Items must be unused, unplanted, and in original packaging
- Special plant care: Contact us immediately for damaged/unhealthy plants
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, these items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (like products from our All Compost category)
- Live plants that have been planted or removed from original packaging (unless damaged on arrival)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact us within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with your order number and return details
- Wait for approval – Our gardening experts will review your request and send return instructions
- Package your return – Securely pack items in original packaging (include original plant packing materials when possible)
- Ship your return – Send to our return address using a trackable service (we’ll provide the address in your approval email)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. In most cases, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund without requiring return.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product)
- For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval (depending on your payment provider)
Exchange Policy
To exchange an item for a different variety:
- Indicate this in your return request (exchanges subject to availability)
- For faster service, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order
