What types of plants do you sell?
We offer a wide variety of plants including air-purifying houseplants, vegetable plants and seeds, fruit trees (like apple and pear), berry plants (including blueberries), patio plants, succulents, and more. Our menu is constantly growing along with our plants!
Are your plants organic?
While we focus on natural growing methods, not all our plants are certified organic. Our vegetable seeds and plants are selected for quality and ease of growth, perfect for both beginner and experienced gardeners.
How do you ensure plants arrive healthy?
Our green-fingered experts use specially designed packaging to protect your plants during transit. Air-purifying houseplants and delicate succulents receive extra care in their packaging to ensure they arrive in vibrant condition.

Ordering & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We offer two shipping options:
– Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): £12.95, arrives in 10-15 days after dispatch
– Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over £50, arrives in 15-25 days after dispatch
Processing time is 1-2 business days for all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, though some remote areas in Asia and other locations may have restrictions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please contact us before ordering.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We provide tracking information for all orders as soon as they’re dispatched. You’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your plants’ journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Plants must be in resalable condition, and we prefer original packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my plants arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the affected items. We’ll work to make it right!
Are there restrictions on returning plants?
Due to agricultural regulations, some plants may have special return requirements. We’ll advise you on any restrictions when you contact us about a return.

Do you provide care instructions?
Yes! Each plant comes with basic care instructions. For specific questions about your asparagus plants, berry fruits, or succulents, our website has growing guides and our team is always happy to advise.
What if my plant doesn’t thrive after planting?
While we can’t control conditions after delivery, we’re happy to provide advice! Many factors affect plant health – contact us with details and we’ll help troubleshoot.
